This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who can manage day-to-day accounting, coordination, and administrative tasks in a structured and fast-moving environment.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment type: Full-time

Ideal candidate profile
  • CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance from a reputable university
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance-related roles
  • Familiar with accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good written communication skills
Key responsibilities
  • Maintain accounting records, including data entry, reconciliations, and monthly bookkeeping
  • Manage and update financial data using QuickBooks or similar systems
  • Maintain Excel trackers for expenses, payments, and internal records
  • Organize and update the digital data room (documents, statements, agreements)
  • Follow up with banks, service providers, and investment managers for statements and information
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups across multiple workstreams
  • Support day-to-day coordination and administrative activities
  • Prepare summaries, trackers, and internal reports
  • Ensure records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date
Preferred (good to have)
  • Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools
  • Experience in financial services, audit, or advisory environments
Compensation
  • AED 6,000 per month
  • Medical insurance
