Financial Manager


Financial management: developing and monitoring projected budgets.

Monitor cash flow and anticipate financing needs.

Analyze the discrepancies between forecasts and actual results.

Implement financial management tools.

Analysis and reporting: Produce periodic financial reports.

Conduct profitability, cost and investment analyses.

develop dashboards and performance indicators.

Present the financial results to management.

Control and compliance: Ensure compliance with financial and accounting procedures.

Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.

Participate in internal and external audits.

Identify and manage financial risks.

Funding management: Researching and negotiating financing solutions.

Maintain relationships with banks, investors and financial partners.

study investment opportunities and their profitability.

Strategic advice: Supporting management in strategic decisions.

To carry out financial simulations and prospective studies.

To propose actions to optimize costs and improve financial performance.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Formation

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent field.

Specialized diplomas (Master Finance, MBA, DSCG, etc.) appreciated.

Exp rience

3-10 years of experience in a financial function, depending on the level of the position.

Experience in financial analysis, management control or treasury preferred.

Comp tences techniques

Ma trise de l'analyse financi re et de la gestion budg taire.

Knowledge of accounting and tax standards.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Good knowledge of ERP and financial management software.

Personal qualities

Rigour and a sense of organisation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
