Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with company policies
Support audit processes and year-end financial closing activities
Organize and maintain proper financial documentation
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in the contracting or construction industry is an advantage
Skills: Engineer Certified
Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems in a construction or project management environment
Strong organizational and documentation management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Proficiency in project lifecycle administration and process optimization
