- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
- Follow up on client needs, requests, and feedback.
- Ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to deliver services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
- Prepare account reports and client updates.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.
