As an Account Director - Saudi Arabia you will drive business growth across the Saudi market, working closely with partners and customers to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint by developing new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Diebold Nixdorf as a trusted advisor in the banking industry. • 10+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales, preferably in complex solution environments
• Proven track record of driving revenue and managing high-value customer accounts
• Strong experience in consultative / solution-based sales with complex deal cycles
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and account strategies
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Diploma or equivalent experience
• Industry knowledge in banking and technology-driven environments
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent Arabic and willingness to travel up to 50%
