الأدوار والمسؤوليات

• Manage accounts payable and receivable specifically for subcontractors, suppliers, and clients within the fitout and construction sector.
• Process and reconcile project-specific invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims, ensuring accuracy against contract terms and budgets.
• Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, including variance analysis against project budgets and forecasts for construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation of project costing, budget control, and cash flow management for multiple interior fitout projects simultaneously.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the interior fitout or construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software commonly used in construction (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, specialized ERP systems).
