The Accounting & Operations Officer plays a key role in supporting both the finance and operational functions of the company. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting FX trading operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the efficiency of daily business processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience in a multi-entity or multinational environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Forex, FX Trading, Brokerage, or Foreign Exchange company is required.
• Strong understanding of Forex operations, trading processes, client transactions, and currency exchange activities.
• Candidates without relevant Forex industry experience will not be considered.
