Job Description

ESC (Engineering for Supplies & Consultancy Group) is seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Female General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with financial regulations, managing tax filings, and providing expert analysis to support our financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and audit financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.

Tax Compliance: Manage and file all tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, Payroll Tax, etc.) accurately and on time.

Audit Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for tax authorities and manage external and field tax audit processes.

Legal & Financial Advisory: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial legislation to provide strategic advice to management.

Risk Management: Conduct internal reviews to identify potential financial discrepancies or compliance risks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Gender: Female.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting Major) or Finance.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal accounting and tax consultancy.

Personal Attributes: Presentable with a good command of English.

Residential Area: Resident of Heliopolis or surrounding areas (e.g., Nasr City, Sheraton, Gesr El Suez).

Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (such as SAP or Odoo) and advanced MS Excel.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Egyptian tax code, corporate law, and financial reporting requirements.

Professional Certifications: CMA, CPA, or a valid membership in the Egyptian Syndicate of Commerce / Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors is highly preferred.
