Job Description
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Monitor sales, purchases, and operating expenses.
- Reconcile cash, bank accounts, and POS transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Track inventory movements and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Process supplier invoices and payments.
- Monitor food and beverage costs.
- Assist in monthly closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements
- achelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
