Job Description

• Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of site accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Conduct robust financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and monitor site budgets, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international accounting regulations and tax laws.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to optimize financial performance and cost control.
  • Process payroll and manage related financial records.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Accounting and Finance, utilizing advanced skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for success in this role.

Job Requirements

• Required Skills:
  • Demonstrable expertise in Accounting and Finance principles.
  • Proven ability in Financial Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong command of financial reporting standards and general ledger management.
  • Experience with auditing processes and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all financial tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to financial management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within a site-specific or operational context.
