Tamheer Program Requirements:
Saudi nationals
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Age between 22 and 30 years
Not currently employed
Not registered in GOSI
Eligible for and registered in the Tamheer Program through Hadaf
Skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Basic understanding of internal audit, governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Eagerness to learn audit methodologies and business processes.
Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualification:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Eligible to enroll in the Tamheer Program.
Basic knowledge of internal audit standards and corporate governance principles.
Familiarity with risk management and compliance concepts is an advantage.
Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel,) is a plus.
Knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and financial services is considered an advantage.
Strong willingness to develop a career in Internal Audit and Risk Assurance.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
