الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and daily transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure timely closure of books and financial reconciliations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage vendor invoices, payments, and accounts payable processes.
Oversee invoicing, receivables management, and collection follow-ups.
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and account analysis.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with Omani tax laws, VAT regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial records.
Project Finance Management
Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Work closely with project and operations teams for cost control.
Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
Prior experience in Construction, Contracting, Infrastructure, Technical Services, or EPC industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Knowledge of Omani VAT and taxation regulations is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software such as Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar systems.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modelling.
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: 500 - 800 OMR per month (Based on experience)

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) demonstrating expertise and commitment to the accounting profession.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a corporate environment or specific industry.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
