الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Main missions
Partner management and coordination
Ensure smooth and regular communication with the various stakeholders: telecom operators, sales teams, technical teams, aggregators and external partners. Be the main point of contact for telecom operators in the Tunisian market, with the support of the sales and operational teams.
Performance management
Monitor and analyze the performance of the services and operations under your responsibility. Control key performance indicators (KPIs): revenue, user acquisition, ARPU, ROI, billing rate, churn rate, customer complaint rate, etc. Identify areas for improvement and implement the necessary actions to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
Development of activities
Participate in the launch of new digital services and products in collaboration with operators and internal teams. Identify growth and development opportunities within existing accounts. Contribute to the definition and evolution of the product and service roadmap in coordination with partners.
Reporting and analysis
Ensure the regular updating of dashboards and monitoring tools. Produce periodic reports on operational performance and results achieved. Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify industry trends, user expectations, and development opportunities in the Tunisian market.

Education and experience
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Project Management or a similar field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications, digital services, mobile payment or value-added services (VAS) sector. Experience in account management, managing digital operations or working with telecom operators is highly valued.
Technical and analytical skills
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to identify growth opportunities and propose solutions tailored to business challenges. Proficiency in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to analyze results to optimize service performance. Good understanding of digital business models, mobile services, and telecommunications ecosystems.
Personal qualities
Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop lasting relationships with partners and clients.
Language skills
Excellent command of French and Arabic, both written and spoken. Good level of professional English allowing communication with international teams and the production of reports in English.
Sector knowledge
Good knowledge of the telecommunications and digital market in Tunisia. Strong interest in digital services, mobile entertainment, payment solutions and value-added services. Knowledge of Tunisian telecom operators and their business environment is a major asset.
Terms
Availability to work full-time (5 days a week) from our Tunis offices. Occasional travel within Tunisia or the region as required by business needs.
