Job Description

• Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data from various sources.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports related to sales, collections, revenues, and project performance.
• Analyze financial statements and accounting records to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare variance analysis reports and highlight key financial insights.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze customer payment behavior and collection performance.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics for management reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial and operational systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Commercial, and Project Management teams.
• Generate periodic reports and presentations for senior management.
• Assist in feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Data Analysis, preferably within Real Estate Development.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
