Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management Manage full cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, payroll, bank reconciliations) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure accurate recording of transactions Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets Handle intercompany accounting if required Tax & Compliance Manage ZATCA compliance Prepare and submit:VAT returns Withholding tax Any other statutory filings Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and financial regulations Reporting & Analysis Prepare management reports for decision making Analyze financial performance and highlight risks or inefficiencies Support budgeting and forecasting activities Coordination & Controls Maintain internal financial controls Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities Ensure proper documentation and record keeping Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA) preferred Experience Minimum 10 years of accounting experience Proven experience in Saudi Arabia Experience with SMEs, holding companies, or multi-entity structures is a plus Technical Skills Strong knowledge of VAT & ZATCA regulations Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Odoo, SAP, Quick Books, or similar) Advanced Excel skills Strong understanding of IFRSLanguages Arabic: Fluent (spoken & written) English: Fluent (spoken & written) Personal Attributes High attention to detail Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Organized, reliable, and deadline driven Professional communication skills Location: Malaz, Riyadh Working hours: Full time, on site
