Experts Plus Recruitment Services is part of a group of companies operating in the staffing and recruiting sector. We are looking for an accounting professional who can support complex payroll and finance operations, with a focus on high-volume outsourced personnel payroll, multi-company accounting, and intercompany transactions. This is an opportunity to contribute to financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple business entities.
This role is suited to someone who can bring structure and accuracy to end-to-end financial operations while supporting payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting across a multi-entity environment. You will play an important part in maintaining reliable financial processes and helping the business operate effectively across its accounting structure.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for high-volume employee groups (1000+ employees) Ensure timely salary disbursement in compliance with UAE regulations and WPSHandle payroll reconciliation and reporting Maintain accurate payroll records across multiple entities Manage accounting operations for multiple companies/entities Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements Ensure accurate inter-company allocations and reconciliations Record and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions Ensure proper documentation and compliance between entities Maintain accuracy in cost allocation and transfers Oversee client invoicing and vendor billing processes Ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections Prepare invoices in compliance with VAT regulations Support audits and provide required financial documentation
Requirements
Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or manpower supply companies Experience processing payroll for 1000+ employees Experience handling both payroll processing and client invoicing within the same role Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-company accounting environments Knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation and intercompany accounting Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Quick Books, or similar systems Experience working with payroll teams, finance leadership, auditors, and client contacts Strong written and verbal English communication skills Arabic language skills are a plus
