تفاصيل الوظيفةRequirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years UAE accounting experience in a Contracting or Construction Company.
* Zoho Books experience is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, and Financial Reporting.
* Experience in handling subcontractor and vendor payments.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
* Arabic language is preferred but not mandatory.
* Candidates with UAE contracting industry experience will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.
* Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
* Perform bank reconciliations.
* Verify invoices, quotations, and payment requests.
* Maintain financial records and reports.
* Coordinate with management, vendors, subcontractors, and clients regarding financial matters.
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
💰 *Salary:* AED 3,000 – AED 4,000
Only candidates with relevant UAE contracting/construction accounting experience and knowledge of Zoho Books should apply.
