Role Overview: Lead the Finance & Accounts function, driving financial strategy, planning, governance, treasury, compliance, and business performance. Partner with senior leadership to support growth, expansion, investment decisions, and effective capital utilization for FMCG background only. Finance Director will lead and manage the FMCG companys overall financial strategy, finance operations, treasury, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and investment deployment functions while partnering with leadership to support strategic growth and operational excellence. Strong experience in financial planning, treasury management, and capital deployment for FMCG background only. Requires an individual who has successfully managed complex FMCG operations, driven transformation initiatives, and navigated business growth, governance, and control challenges within larger and more competitive markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations for . Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, reporting, and financial analysis. Oversee treasury, cash flow, banking, and fund management. Ensure statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and financial controls. Support strategic initiatives, business growth, and transformation. Provide financial insights to Board and senior management.

CA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent qualification. Strong FMCG industry experience. Proven expertise in finance strategy, treasury, budgeting, and compliance. Mandatory experience in Muscat, Oman, or GCC region. Experience with large FMCG organizations and strategic leadership preferred. Proven track record of managing complex FMCG environments, driving transformation, improving controls, and enabling business growth. Strong combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and execution capability. Ideal Candidate: A commercially driven finance leader with extensive FMCG experience who has successfully managed large-scale operations, supported expansion strategies, strengthened governance frameworks, and delivered sustainable business performance in competitive markets.
