Job Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual spend against company budgets.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes independently within tight deadlines.
• Reconcile complex accounts, intercompany transactions, and bank statements globally.
• Maintain general ledger integrity by reviewing journal entries and sub-ledger data. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of progressive accounting or audit experience.
• Proven remote work experience with a track record of self-managed
