The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end financial and management reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information to support decision-making, regulatory requirements, and audit processes. The role covers month-end closing, financial reporting, financial statements, audit requirements, and variance analysis to support management decisions. Responsibilities: Record and post manual and system-generated journal entries in SAP. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documentation for accounting entries. Prepare accruals, prepayments, provisions, and adjusting entries. Maintain proper mapping of transactions to GL accounts and cost centers. Perform monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts. Reconcile bank, AR/AP control, inventory, payroll, and intercompany accounts. Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences on a timely basis. Maintain reconciliation schedules with proper documentation for audit purposes. Support monthly and year-end closing activities. Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period. Review GL balances and identify abnormal movements. Propose adjusting entries when required. Assist in preparing trial balance and financial reporting schedules. Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, and internal finance policies.

Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting or Finance. 3 to 6 years of experience in General Ledger or Financial Accounting. SOCPA certification is require.. Hands-on SAP experience is required. Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting. Experience in account reconciliations. Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing. Knowledge of IFRS and SOCPA requirements. Pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry experience is preferred only, not mandatory. Strong English communication skills are required.
