Role Summary Performs a variety of general accounting and clerical functions and the preparation of reports and financial results in accordance with local and global requirements being the primary point of contact for financial, bookkeeping, and tax compliance needs. Manages day-to-day accounting operations, prepares financial statements, ensures adherence to local tax regulations, and acts as the liaison between the organization and tax authorities. Reconciles bank accounts, posts information and balances general or subsidiary ledgers, processes payments and compiles segments of monthly closings, annual reports, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities General and Financial Accounting: Handling ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and preparing periodic financial reports. Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures. Tax Operations and Compliance: Support month-end / quarter-end / year-end closing and deal with tax closings for Deferred Tax calculations and reconciliations. Understand tax requirements and calculation ratio to support the advisors. Audit Support: Give support and provide information for internal/external audits and liaising directly with regulatory, tax authorities and other local stakeholders.

Knowledge & Skills Accounting Framework: Accounting Standards, Requirements, and Procedures. Accounting Processes: Transactional accounting and closing processes. Taxation: Tax law. Tax accounting & auditing. Internal Controls: Internal control framework. Systems & IT: SAP FI/CO/PS (Finance, Controlling, Project System). Microsoft Office/Excel/Power Point.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Experience: Up to 3-4 years work experience in multinational company or project based company is preferred.
