Accounting Duties
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately.
Prepare supplier and customer reconciliations.
Process invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Maintain petty cash records.
Support VAT documentation and compliance.
Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Coordinate with auditors whenever required.
Administrative Duties
Manage office documentation and filing systems.
Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communications.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Maintain employee records and general office administration.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensure confidential handling of company information.
