Job Description:

Our client is a diversified UAE-based group committed to strengthening governance, transparency, and risk oversight. Internal audit is a critical pillar of the control environment.

The Role

The Chief Audit Executive will lead the group’s internal audit function across all entities. This role will design audit plans, conduct risk-based audits, and report findings to the audit committee. A key focus will be strengthening internal controls and governance processes. The CAE will also coordinate with external auditors and regulators. This role requires independence, judgment, and strong board interaction.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior internal audit leadership experience within large organisations. Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks is essential. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, analytical rigour, and executive communication skills. Professional audit certifications are required.
