We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cashier / Accountant with 2 5 years of experience to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities and cash handling functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and a solid background in the FMCG sector.
ERP & Reporting:
- Enter and maintain financial data in ERP system
- Generate AR reports, aging reports, and collection summaries
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation processes
Cash Handling & Daily Operations:
- Process daily cash, cheque, and electronic payments
- Record and reconcile all cash transactions accurately
- Prepare daily cash reports and deposits

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/cashier roles
- Experience in FMCG industry is required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
