Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven ERP Account Executive with 3 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the IT or software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, developing sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across the Lebanese Market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, events, exhibitions, cold calling, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within CRM.

Account Mapping & Opportunity Qualification

  • Map customer organizations and identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, influencers, and champions.
  • Understand customer business processes, challenges, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assess account potential and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic fit.

Sales Process Management

  • Conduct discovery meetings and solution presentations.
  • Coordinate demonstrations with pre-sales and consulting teams.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.

Proposal Preparation

  • Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to prepare commercial and technical proposals.
  • Ensure proposals address customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, and executive summaries.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Manage objections and competitive situations effectively.
  • Close deals while maintaining target margins and customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams after deal closure.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Annual Revenue Achievement: USD 400,000+
  • New Qualified Opportunities Created
  • Pipeline Value Generated
  • Number of Customer Meetings per Month
  • Proposal Submission Rate
  • Win Rate %
  • Average Deal Size

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3 5 years of ERP, CRM, or enterprise software sales experience.

Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, or similar business applications.

Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, or Services sectors.

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience using CRM systems and sales methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, CRM, Power Platform, or Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Existing network within the Lebanese business community.

Experience managing enterprise and mid-market accounts.
