الوصف الوظيفي
Job :
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of clients from various business sectors;
- Supervise accounting records and review accounts;
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns;
- Monitor clients' tax and social obligations;
- Participate in operational audit and due diligence missions;
- Assist clients with their accounting, tax, and financial issues;
- Supervise and train junior staff;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the firm's procedures and tools;
Required profile :
- Higher education degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, Management Control, or Financial Management (Master's, DSCG, CCA, or equivalent);
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience, preferably gained within an accounting or auditing firm;
Or
- Finalist or Thesis-writing Chartered Accountants, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an accounting or auditing firm.
Candidates must demonstrate the following qualities:
- Excellent command of Moroccan accounting standards and Moroccan tax law;
- Good knowledge of tax audit procedures and companies' legal obligations;
- Proficiency in office software and accounting software;
- Very good written communication skills in French;
- Analytical skills, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
Appreciated skills
- Experience in supporting groups and healthcare structures (clinics, medical centers, laboratories);
- Good command of professional English.
