Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, payments, financial reports, and account reconciliation.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Track company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up on client payments and supplier payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Maintain organized financial files and records.
- Assist in payroll calculations and employee financial records when needed.
- Monitor cash flow and report any financial issues.
- Ensure all financial transactions follow company policies.
- Support in preparing tax documents and financial statements.
Job Requirements
- Experience with invoices, expenses, and financial reports.
- Good command of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
