Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, payments, financial reports, and account reconciliation.

• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Track company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Follow up on client payments and supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Maintain organized financial files and records.
• Assist in payroll calculations and employee financial records when needed.
• Monitor cash flow and report any financial issues.
• Ensure all financial transactions follow company policies.
• Support in preparing tax documents and financial statements.

Job Requirements

• Experience with invoices, expenses, and financial reports.
• Good command of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
