• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all financial transactions related to construction projects, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

  • Monitor project costs against budgets, identify variances, and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and operational teams to provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and support external audit processes.
  • Manage cash flow and financial projections for ongoing construction initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Experience the Thrill: Bring 3-7 years of dedicated experience in Construction Accounting or a similar specialized finance role within the construction industry.
• Master of Your Craft: Possess a deep and practical understanding of Construction Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management.
• Technological Acumen: Demonstrate proficiency with ERP Systems and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
