About the Role

We are seeking a Cashier to join our team at مطاعم كواتم الجزيره لتقديم الوجبات in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Count and record financial amounts in the cash register at the start of the shift, ensuring sufficient small change is available.
• Receive payments in cash, by credit card, or other approved methods, provide remaining change, and issue appropriate receipts.
• Continuously update price lists, calculate prices for goods or services, prepare invoice tables, and apply discounts as needed.
• Reconcile incoming cash with total sales at the end of the shift, reporting or resolving any discrepancies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner and address their requests for additions or deletions to purchase lists.

Role Duties

The Cashier will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions. This includes accurately handling cash and other payment methods, issuing receipts, and maintaining an organized cash drawer. The role also involves updating pricing information, calculating service costs, and applying any applicable discounts. A key part of the role is ensuring the accurate reconciliation of all financial transactions at the end of each shift.

Customer Interaction

A significant aspect of this position involves direct customer engagement. The Cashier is expected to provide a positive and efficient service experience. This includes responding to customer inquiries, processing their orders accurately, and handling any modifications or additions to their purchases with professionalism and courtesy.
