About Us

We are a well-established dental clinic located in Dubai Healthcare City, committed to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant with previous experience in the healthcare or dental sector to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the clinic’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, supporting management reporting, and maintaining compliance with UAE regulations and healthcare industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and management reports.

Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliations.

Process supplier payments, staff payroll, and expense reimbursements.

Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Manage patient billing, insurance reconciliation, and collection follow-up.

Monitor clinic revenues, doctor commissions, and room rental agreements where applicable.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Ensure compliance with DHA, DHCC, and healthcare financial procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in a dental clinic, medical center, or healthcare facility in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and healthcare financial processes.

Experience with accounting software such as Tally, or similar systems. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Excellent English communication skills;

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) regulations.

Knowledge of insurance billing and healthcare reimbursement processes.

Previous experience handling payroll, licensing payments, and medical supplier accounts.
