We are seeking a Dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping decisions, influencing growth, and driving performance through insight, analysis, and collaboration.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with leaders across the business to deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Lead planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into clear strategies that support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets for assigned business units.
  • Coordinate the rolling forecast process with commercial teams.
  • Analyze forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support long-range strategic planning exercises.

Commercial Business Partnering

  • Partner with General Managers to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance on commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
  • Challenge business assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and resource allocation.
  • Translate financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, gross margin, contribution margin, and operating expenses.
  • Develop and maintain commercial performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Conduct variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Strategic Plan.
  • Highlight risks and opportunities affecting financial performance.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare monthly Finance business review presentations.
  • Present financial performance, key trends, and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of management reporting.
  • Simplify complex analyses into clear, actionable messages.
  • Enhance financial models, reporting tools, and planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to align business objectives.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving working capital efficiency.
  • Drive a culture of accountability through fact-based decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CMA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Healthcare is an advantage.
