We are seeking a Dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping decisions, influencing growth, and driving performance through insight, analysis, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets for assigned business units.
- Coordinate the rolling forecast process with commercial teams.
- Analyze forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Support long-range strategic planning exercises.
Commercial Business Partnering
- Partner with General Managers to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance on commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
- Challenge business assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and resource allocation.
- Translate financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, gross margin, contribution margin, and operating expenses.
- Develop and maintain commercial performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Conduct variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Strategic Plan.
- Highlight risks and opportunities affecting financial performance.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly Finance business review presentations.
- Present financial performance, key trends, and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of management reporting.
- Simplify complex analyses into clear, actionable messages.
- Enhance financial models, reporting tools, and planning processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to align business objectives.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving working capital efficiency.
- Drive a culture of accountability through fact-based decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CMA preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Background in Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Healthcare is an advantage.
