"Chief Accountant" is required in an International Advertising Service company located in Giza.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to the Top management and board.
• Partner in the implementation of accounting and ERP systems (Odoo)
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
• Manage internal and external financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Oversee cash flow, investments, capital structure, and funding strategies.
• Lead risk management efforts including financial, operational, and strategic risks.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise finance and accounting teams, driving process improvements and talent development.
• Support strategic initiatives and corporate development with data-driven analysis and financial modeling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications a plus.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with Proven experience in ERP system (Odoo).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate finance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in [Digital agencies, Media etc.] is preferred.
