الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee the development and ensure the proper implementation of policies, procedures, and systems related to the services provided by the section, with the aim of facilitating the work of other organizational units and enhancing the corporate's ability to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Review the corporate's annual budget in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
- Implement governance requirements and ensure effective, efficient, and ethical management of the section's activities, as well as develop and implement projects and initiatives aimed at improving section performance and achieving the required quality standards.
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of operational plans, policies, and procedures related to the financial affairs of the corporate's revenues, claims, and collections.
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of operational plans, policies, and procedures related to the corporate's payments.
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of operational plans, policies, and procedures related to budgets and the corporate's general financial accounts.
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of operational plans and policies related to treasury activities.
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of treasury procedures concerning the receipt of cash and cheques, collection of financial fees, and periodic inventory/reconciliation activities.
- Review financial reports submitted by heads of organizational units within the section, approve the information contained therein, and submit them to senior management.
- A Master's degree requires a minimum of 9 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- A Bachelor's degree requires a minimum of 11 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
