This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join a fast growing company in the trading industry, specifically within the jade and jewellery sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making for the company.

Description

• Preparing analytical and management reports to support business performance reviews
• Calculating and analyzing production/manufacturing cost (COGS) for jade and jewelry products
• Conducting sales analytics, identifying trends, margins, and growth opportunities
• Performing market analysis, including pricing trends, competitor benchmarking, and demand dynamics in the jade/jewelry market
• Building and maintaining financial models and reporting dashboards
• Ensuring financial reporting aligns with IFRS standards
• Working with ERP systems, BI tools, and databases to extract, consolidate, and analyze financial data
• Partnering with operations, production, and sales teams to improve cost transparency and reporting accuracy

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the jade industry; experience in the jewelry industry will also be considered
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, BI platforms, and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ready to relocate to UAE
