Role Description The Clinic Admin and Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role manages front-desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling phone and email inquiries, and maintaining patient records. The position also oversees billing and invoicing, tracks payments, reconciles accounts, and prepares basic financial reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clinicians on schedules, ensuring accurate documentation, supporting insurance and payment processes, and maintaining compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations. The role requires close attention to detail, organized record-keeping, and professional communication with clients, providers, and external partners. Qualifications Strong administrative skills, including appointment scheduling, record management, and office organization. Basic to intermediate accounting skills, such as invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. Proficiency with clinic management software, spreadsheets, and common office tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace). Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to client interaction. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling financial and patient information. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work independently while collaborating with the clinical team. Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare, or accounting/administrative role is preferred. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
