Job Description

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.

• Monitor the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.

• Support the Finance Manager in financial analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

• Healthcare or hospital experience is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
