Team members join a collaborative environment that values accountability and service excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Dubai. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and reconciling bank and account balances. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payables and receivables, monitoring cash flow, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role will also involve preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations, and coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders. The Accountant will work closely with operations and logistics teams to accurately capture costs, track revenue, and provide financial insights that support business decisions. Qualifications Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes, invoicing, billing, and cash flow tracking. Experience 1year in uae spcialy at dafza free zone with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local tax and regulatory requirements in the UAE. Ability to analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear, actionable insights. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage. Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry is preferred but not required. Ability to work on-site in Dubai and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
