Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage general ledger accounting, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against established goals.
- Manage tax compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all required returns.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Skills/Technologies: You will regularly utilize your strong foundation in Accounting, Finance, and Financial Management. Proficiency with ERP Systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a solid understanding of Financial Reporting, Auditing, Taxation, and Budgeting are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirements

We're seeking passionate professionals with 3-7 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, ready to elevate their career to an Experienced level.

Accounting principles and practices.
Finance operations and strategic insights.
Financial Management, including reporting, analysis, and control.
Expertise in Financial Reporting and preparing comprehensive financial statements.
Strong capabilities in Auditing processes and compliance.
Proven experience with Taxation and regulatory requirements.
Adept at Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various ERP Systems.
Exceptional Analytical Skills and a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability in Problem-solving complex financial challenges.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
