Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, from invoice processing and coding to vendor payments and reconciliation.

• Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Collaborate closely with various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues promptly.

• Prepare and review AP aging reports, ensuring timely payment and accurate expense recording.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your strong background in Accounting, AP, and Finance, coupled with practical experience in Manufacturing Accounting. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills will be highly valued in this role.

Job Requirements

• Experienced professional with 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a manufacturing setting.

• Required Skills:

  • Accounting: A solid foundation in accounting principles and practices.

  • AP (Accounts Payable): Proven expertise in managing high-volume accounts payable processes.

  • Finance: Strong understanding of financial operations and controls.

  • Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.

  • Manufacturing Accounting: Specific experience and understanding of accounting practices within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency with ERP Systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail and accuracy.

  • Strong Problem Solving and analytical capabilities.
