Job Description

AlKassir for Accounting Services is looking for a motivated and experienced Accountant & Auditor to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting activities while ensuring full compliance with Egyptian Accounting Standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation.

• Perform accounting and audit assignments in accordance with professional standards.

• Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT, Income Tax, Payroll Tax, and Withholding Tax.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper financial documentation.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.

• Liaise with the Egyptian Tax Authority and other governmental entities when required.

• Support clients during tax inspections and audit engagements.

• Assist with company formation procedures and legal documentation.

• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Accounting Standards and applicable tax regulations.

• Provide professional financial support and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation.

• Previous experience in an accounting or audit firm is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards and Egyptian tax regulations.

• Solid experience with VAT, Income Tax, Payroll Tax, and Withholding Tax.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
