Job Description

• N.A STUDIO is hiring a Full-Time Accountant.

• We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented accountant to support our daily financial operations as the brand continues to grow locally and internationally.This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, responsible, and comfortable working with sales, suppliers, inventory, invoices, and monthly financial reporting.

• Responsibilities:

• - Record daily sales, expenses, supplier payments, and operational costs-

• - Reconcile Shopify sales, POS payments, cash payments, bank transfers, courier collections, and payment gateway transactions

• - Track accounts payable and accounts receivable

• - Prepare monthly financial reports including revenue, expenses, gross profit, and cash flow

• - Support with inventory costing and COGS tracking

• - Organize supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment records

• - Follow up on courier collections and outstanding payments

• - Assist with payroll, petty cash, and monthly closing

• - Coordinate with the external accountant/tax advisor when needed

• - Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Experience with retail, fashion, e-commerce, or inventory-based businesses is a strong plus

• Knowledge of Egyptian tax, e-invoices, VAT, and accounting processes is a plus

• Very detail-oriented and organized

• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

• Must be based in Cairo
