Job :

Location: Sidi Maarouf-Casablanca, Morocco

Are you a finance expert with solid experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment? Do you want to grow within an international group and contribute to the strategic performance of an organization? This opportunity is for you.

Your main tasks
As a Finance Manager, you will be a true partner to management and play a key role in the financial management of the entity. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing treasury activities, payments, and banking relationships in coordination with the Shared Services Center (Accounting Shared Services Center).
  • Supervising accounting, tax, and statutory obligations, as well as relationships with authorities, auditors, and banks.
  • Establishing a financial framework that allows management to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Analyzing income statement and balance sheet variances, identifying their causes, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Providing financial analyses and developing business cases to support strategic decisions and projects.
  • Participating in the preparation and monitoring of operational and strategic objectives.
  • Implementing cost control measures and ensuring the achievement of profitability and cash-flow targets.
  • Ensuring the reliability of financial data and compliance with reporting deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Group's policies and procedures, strengthening the internal control system, and acting as Compliance Delegate.
  • Managing financial projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

Profile sought

  • Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, with a professional accounting accreditation.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent command of finance, accounting, and financial processes.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax obligations.
  • Proven experience with SAP.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Analytical mindset, strategic sense, and ability to support decision-making.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and cross-functional management skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
