Job Description

The Accountant plays a key role in supporting the company's financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities, and assisting in reporting and compliance processes. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and follow-ups.
• Record daily transactions and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports (weekly/monthly).
• Support month-end closing, including journal entries, accrals, and reconciliations.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with audits and tax filings in coordination with external parties.
• Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with vendors, clients, and auditors as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.Familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
