🧾 🏢 WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTANT

We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant for one of our prestigious clients in Dubai.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔️ Previous experience working with a Property Management Company in the UAE
✔️ Strong knowledge of Property Management Accounting
✔️ Experience managing tenant accounts, rental collections, security deposits, lease accounting, owner statements, and service charge accounting
✔️ Reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, payables, and property ledgers
✔️ Preparation of financial reports, month-end/year-end closing, and VAT filing
✔️ Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Yardi, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
✔️ Excellent understanding of UAE accounting standards and financial compliance
✔️ Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting abilities
✔️ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple property portfolios efficiently
