We're recruiting a Finance and Accounts Manager for one of our clients, who is a retail company based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading garment manufacturing and retail company in the UAE, renowned for delivering high-quality apparel and innovative fashion solutions. With a strong presence across the region, the company has built a reputation for excellence through its commitment to quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyses for management
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS
• Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial record keeping
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
• Support business decision-making with financial insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of experience in finance and accounting
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry (mandatory); experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage
  
• CA, ICWA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA qualification is mandatory
  
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS
  
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
  
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
