Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and sustainable growth.

Lead financial reporting, controls, compliance, and risk management activities.

Partner with commercial, retail, and e-commerce teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.

Strong background in Retail, E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, or Technology industries.

Experience managing complex financial operations and high-volume businesses.

Strong expertise in financial strategy, treasury, banking relationships, and business planning.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Experience working in fast-growing and dynamic business environments.
