Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jeddah at Bright House Real Estate. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, and supporting payroll calculations. The role also involves preparing budgets, tracking expenses, assisting with audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, and generating reports to support management decision-making. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, respond to financial queries, and help improve financial processes and controls. Qualifications Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support planning and performance tracking. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid MS Excel skills for financial reporting. Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and local financial regulations relevant to operations in Jeddah. High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data and documentation. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and respond to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to organize work, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an asset. Previous experience as an Accountant in Real Estate managment
