Role Summary:The Accountant, Accounts Receivables is responsible for processing, tracking, and recording sales transactions in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This role involves managing and maintaining all aspects of the company’s accounts receivable cycle. The primary duties include invoicing customers, processing payments, and ensuring accurate and timely collections.
Roles and Responsibilities:Manage all Accounts Receivable transactions, including the issuing of invoices and the reconciliation of customer statements. Manage accounts receivable records to ensure that aging remains current, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are reconciled. Conduct customer visits, if required, to support collections and fulfil their requirements. Prepare analytical reports and ratio analyses related to accounts receivable, enabling management to better understand the progress of collection efforts. Maintain files and documentation meticulously and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Create, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures Address any ad hoc matters as directed by superiors. Manage and initiate accounts closure procedures in coordination with other sections in order to ensure timely account finalization Follow and implement procedures to eliminate errors and ensure accurate postings to the correct General Ledger accounts. Prepare weekly reports for all accounts receivable-related reports. Ensure timely follow-up on all collection efforts.
Qualification and Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or any related field.
Experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position.

Professional Certifications:SOCPA Certificate - Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants is required.
