Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile personal bank accounts.
- Track investments including stocks, bonds, sukuk, fixed deposits, mutual funds, private equity, and real estate.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports, net worth statements, and personal financial reports.
- Maintain records of personal assets, liabilities, loans, and credit cards.
- Monitor loan repayments, credit card settlements, and banking facilities.
- Manage real estate records, rental income, insurance, and lease documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, investment advisors, brokers, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Prepare budgets, monitor personal and household expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain confidential financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide financial support for personal and family office matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of investment portfolios, banking operations, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- UAE experience is preferred.
