As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced accounting professional to strengthen our finance team. Position We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. Experience Required5–10 years of accounting experience. Strong background in one or more of the following sectors:Construction Real Estate Holding Companies Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing. Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports. Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, ZATCA, and applicable regulations. Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Support financial planning, budgeting, and investment analysis. Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.5–10 years of relevant professional experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and ZATCA requirements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Location: Riyadh or Hail, Saudi Arabia. I
